Escarole Salad / escarole hearts, toasted almond, smoked chili flake, preserved lemon dressing

Winter Arugula Salad / arugula, radicchio, crispy shallot, katz sauvignon blanc vinaigrette

Chopped Salad / salami, provolone, peperoncini, cherry tomato, chickpea, oregano vinaigrette

Served with Sourdough Loaf

Roasted Flamingo Pepper Salad / grilled peppers, cilantro, garlic, katz sauvignon blanc vinegar


Drinks 

White Pear & Blood Orange Sangria and Warm Citrus Spiked Wine

Fruit and mixers to be provided by Purvey LA, wine provided by host.

All menus designed to be served buffet style.  


Pricing

Picnic for Two $150-250 depending on final choices.

Paella Party $1,000 up to ten guests.

Offsite Day Rate $600 for two Purvey LA staff on site for the day.

Rentals additional.


All produce and provisions used are procured from local growers and producers practicing sustainable growing methods.
