Tuesday: CEVICHE TOSTADA

Ceviche Tostada / localy & sustainably caught halibut, lime, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime, micro sprouts

Grilled Corn Salad / corn, lime, paprika, jalapeño marinated feta, cilantro

 

WEDNESDAY: OPEN FACED PITA 

Israeli Pita Bar / shredded chicken, tahini sauce, pickled red onion, radish, salted cucumbers, sprouts

Marinated Beets / beets, katz's agro dolce vinegar, pistachio, mint 

Labneh / strained yogurt, lemon, chili  

 

FRIDAY: SPANISH TORTILLA, PAN CON TOMATE, MIXED MARKET GREENS

Spanish Tortilla / sautéed onion, weiser family farm's potato, cage-free egg

Pan con Tomate / gjusta bakery baguette rubbed with tomato, oil, vinegar 

Mixed Market Green Salad / market lettuces, shaved radish, white wine vinaigrette

 

All produce and provisions used are procured from local growers and producers practicing sustainable growing methods.
